To be responsible for all payment obligations arising out of your treatment/care and guarantee payment for these services. To follow all registration procedures, which include updating/verifying personal information, and paying your patient responsibility amount at each visit. Our fee is expected to be paid in full at the time of service. If you are not prepared to make your payment, your visit will be rescheduled.
Payment for all cosmetic and laser procedures is due at the time of the treatment. For specially packaged treatments, payment for the entire package is due at the time of the first scheduled treatment. A credit card is required to reserve an appointment for treatment scheduled in advance. We provide a number of payment options: CASH, ETRANSFER to info@everbloomingclinic.com, Gift cards/Certificate. No Cheques

• We do not offer third party financing or payment plans. All services are final sale; there are no refunds or credits issued for any services.
The practice of medicine and surgery is not an exact science, and Aesthetic treatments are considered practice of medicine. Although good results are anticipated, there can be no guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, by anyone as to the actual results you may get. Occasionally additional treatments and/or treatment for problems or complications may be required. These could result in additional charges for which you may be responsible
We have the right to refuse you treatment without reservation. If you do not advise us of any medical conditions that may hinder you from having the treatment, we reserve the right to refuse treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct. Inappropriate conduct or language during a service will result in immediate termination of the service. We reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct.
We do our best to schedule appointment times that are most convenient for you, and we remind you of your appointment 48 hours via email then 24 – 48 hours via text in advance.
• To best serve all of our clients, we charge a $50 fee for any appointment that is cancelled or missed without 24 hours of notice. It is a $100 fee on Saturdays.
• This policy includes any free services you schedule with us.
• This charge will be charged to the credit card you have on file.
• Please remember we have reserved that time specifically for you.
• To avoid any charges, please call us to cancel or reschedule a minimum of 48 hours in advance
Please make sure you give us the best number and email to reach you when you call to make an appointment. A deposit of $50 will be charged to your credit or debit card at the time of booking, to secure the appointment.
• The deposit will go towards the cost of the treatment on the day of your appointment or it will be fully charged in the event of no Show.
• All treatment bookings must be paid for in full, on arrival at the clinic.
• Please be aware the deposit is non-refundable unless you are unable to proceed with the treatment for medical reasons.
• We suggest arriving 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow time to complete paperwork or answer questions about your service you may have. Appointment times are reserved for each client, so often times we cannot exceed that reserved time.
Item description No refund policy in the event that a treatment, package or series of treatments has been purchased, begun treatment or not, these services will be considered to have been rendered even though the full series may not have been completed. Should you wish to discontinue your treatment in the midst of a series, clinic store credit for the unused treatments at the discounted package price may be extended, and may be used to purchase other treatments or skin products offered by our clinic. It may also be transferred to another individual to be used in exchange for treatments or products of comparable value to the credit.
Unfortunately, there are no refunds on sold skin products for health safety reasons. We may offer a full refund as a clinic store credit if adverse reactions occur with your skin.
Item description It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provides our clinic with all relevant medical history and pre-existing medical conditions before each treatment. Everblooming clinic will not be liable for any damage including personal injury sustained as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.
• Our clinic will not be liable in contract, or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services that we offer to the client.
• The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by or on behalf of our clinic regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit our clinic liability for death or any personal injury resulting from our clinic negligence or any of its agents.
You authorize Everblooming clinic staff to communicate by mail, email voice messages, phone and/or text according to the information provided in your Patient Information form for purposes related to your account, appointment or your service/treatment.
Any laser treatments are not recommended for Accutane users.
• We regret that the EverBlooming Clinic is not responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. we encourage all clients to keep valuables with them at all times.
• Public health and safety is our No 1 Priority. To meet the highest standards in health and safety, all of our equipment and tools undergo proper cleaning and disinfection protocols. We strictly abide by Durham Public Health & Safety codes and regulation.
• Everblooming cosmetic and laser clinic reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its sole discretion.
